Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for customers and build strong, lasting relationships
  • Prepare and manage commercial offers, including pricing and technical feasibility
  • Coordinate customer orders and contracts from placement to delivery
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, SCM, Customer Care, and Finance teams
  • Monitor order fulfillment, delivery timelines, and customer payments
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely, effective resolution
  • Provide clear updates and reports on customer status to internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Degree in higher education
  • Experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar commercial role is a strong advantage
  • Fluent English (daily communication)
  • Strong command of MS Office
  • SAP/ERP experience is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented mindset
