About the role

  • Hybrid Sales Representative engaging customers in Northern Germany, blending traditional and digital sales approaches. Focus on portfolio management, new client acquisitions, and technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • As a hybrid field sales representative (m/f/d) for the Northern Germany sales territory, you advise and support our customers both in person on site and via digital sales channels.
  • With your technical understanding and sense for modern sales processes, you combine traditional field sales with digital solutions — significantly contributing to the sustainable growth of our sales territory and increasing order intake.
  • Support, advise and further develop the existing customer portfolio.
  • Actively acquire new customers through targeted and consistent outreach to increase order intake.
  • Plan and conduct on-site appointments with project-relevant customers — combined with efficient, hybrid appointment scheduling.
  • Provide digital customer consultations and present solutions via video calls and online demonstrations.
  • Conduct price negotiations, implement price adjustments and negotiate framework agreements.
  • Support at trade shows and external events.
  • Maintain close coordination and collaboration with the Digital Sales Team.
  • Analyze the sales territory for sales potential, market trends and competitor developments.
  • Use the CRM system professionally for documentation, project tracking, quote management and sales planning.

Requirements

  • Sales experience, ideally with a focus on new customer acquisition.
  • A commercial or technical vocational qualification and a strong technical understanding.
  • Driving license class B and willingness to be regularly on the road for field visits.
  • Empathy, closing strength and customer orientation — you identify needs quickly and convince new customers with competence and personality.
  • Ambition, discipline and resilience — you keep KPIs in mind, and a “no” motivates you rather than holding you back.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a confident presence.
  • Performance-oriented mindset: a performance-based compensation motivates you to exceed targets and celebrate successes.
  • Independent working style — you structure your sales day autonomously and bring a strong hands-on mentality.
  • Excellent communication skills and negotiation-level German, spoken and written.
