About the role

  • Customer Service Coordinator supporting international clients from order entry to invoicing. Ensuring customer satisfaction through structured service processes and effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Manage our international customers from order entry to invoicing in close coordination with Logistics and the Order Center
  • Customer contact via phone, digital channels, and in person
  • Support our global sales team to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Provide first-level support for our global user base
  • Maintain customer master data and manage customer-specific ordering platforms
  • Coordinate international inbound and outbound shipments
  • Participate in customer-specific projects in coordination with Supply Chain Management
  • Manage dunning and collection processes
  • Actively contribute to the development of efficient, customer-oriented service processes

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training, ideally supplemented by a degree or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in customer service or inside sales
  • Very good MS Office and SAP skills (especially SD/MM) and confident use of common CRM systems
  • Technical understanding and interest in work environments in industry, logistics, and trades
  • Strong process awareness and a high level of customer and service orientation
  • Very good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
  • Structured, goal-oriented way of working
  • Ability to work independently, flexibility, and a strong commitment
  • Strong communication skills and a pronounced ability to cooperate
