About the role

  • Sr. Director, Sales and Operations Planning responsible for demand planning and business insights at Otter Products. Leading analysis and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s S&OP framework.
  • Oversee the development of accurate, data-driven demand forecasts.
  • Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Act as the central integrator between Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain.
  • Present findings, material risks, and scenario planning options to executive leadership.
  • Drive improvements in planning technology, analytics, and demand management processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain is required.
  • Minimum of twelve years of Operations, Sales, or Product Management experience is required.
  • Minimum of two years in a director, or higher level, role is required.
  • Experience with S&OP, IBP, and demand planning is required.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
