About the role

  • Tech Sales Lead managing B2B relationships in technology solutions. Driving revenue through client consultations and team leadership in a high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue: Lead the "front-of-house" like a Retail Sales Lead but with the precision of a B2B Closer.
  • Client Consultation: Perform "Discovery" meetings (similar to Geek Squad Consultations) but focused on long-term MSP Service Agreements.
  • System Design: Recommend Home Theater, Smart Home, and Network Solutions, but scale them up for Small-to-Medium Businesses (SMBs).
  • Team Leadership: Act as the Department Manager for our technical bench, ensuring fast turnaround and 5-star customer ratings.

Requirements

  • Outgoing & Sales-Driven: You love the "floor" and hate the back office.
  • Tech-Fluent: You understand Operating Systems (Windows/Mac), WiFi Networking, and Cloud Storage.
  • Professional: You’re ready to move from a "Retail Associate" to a Tech Sales Lead in a professional business environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in consumer electronics sales
