About the role

  • Working Student role focused on business development and go-to-market strategies at osapiens. Engage with prospects and optimize lead generation in a fast-paced software environment.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll help build and scale our lead generation engine - from research to outreach to qualified meetings.
  • Research target industries and accounts to identify high-potential prospects and buying triggers
  • Qualify opportunities using structured criteria (ICP, use cases, urgency, stakeholder map)
  • Find and engage new leads via LinkedIn, email, events, and relevant platforms
  • Craft and test **market-specific messaging** aligned to prospect pain points
  • Execute outreach with smart timing and persistence to maximize response rates
  • Run high-quality follow-ups and keep prospects warm until they’re sales-ready
  • Coordinate closely with Account Executives to ensure clean handovers into the pipeline
  • Maintain accurate documentation of activities and interactions in our CRM
  • Track performance metrics, analyze what works, and continuously improve outreach quality

Requirements

  • You’re enrolled in a **Bachelor’s (4+ semester) or Master’s program** (business, economics, sustainability, tech, etc.)
  • You’re **extroverted and proactive**: you like talking to people and initiating conversations
  • **First experience in Sales or Business Development**
  • You have grit: you can **handle repetition, feedback, and “no”** — still and keep going
  • You think and work **structured**, learn fast, and execute reliably in a high-tempo environment
  • You’re curious about **B2B SaaS, sales, and Go-To-Market**
  • **Fluent English** required; **German, Spanish, French, Italian is a plus**
  • **CRM experience **(e.g. HubSpot) is a bug plus
  • ESG knowledge is helpful, but **not required**
