Responsibilities

  • Partnering with key stakeholders to understand resource requirements
  • Creation and delivery of sourcing strategy
  • Devising and implementing recruitment plans
  • Ensuring focus on DE&I throughout the recruitment cycle
  • Acting as the recruitment subject matter expert
  • Evaluating and reporting progress against resourcing activity

Requirements

  • Extensive stakeholder engagement
  • Broad recruitment experience, preferably within an in-house Professional Services team
  • Strong sourcing skills from multiple channels
  • Experience of recruiting volume campaigns and unique roles
  • Knowledge of recruitment systems and data analysis
