About the role

  • Join a fast-growing product at osapiens, scaling sales growth for maintenance management solutions. Craft strategies, drive lead generation, and collaborate with stakeholders in a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and implement sales strategies to promote **osapiens CMMS solutions**, unlocking new Annual Subscription Value (ASV) opportunities.
  • Follow up on inbound leads from osapiens-cmms.com, help drive the growth of our solution product and sales-led motion, and collaborate directly with customers shaping the future of maintenance software.
  • Identify new opportunities through research on target industries and markets.
  • **Generate leads **via events, online channels, and industry networks.
  • Craft tailored messages that address each prospect’s needs.
  • Reach out at the right time to boost engagement.
  • Follow up quickly and personally to maintain interest.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth lead handover.

Requirements

  • **1+ years of experience** in lead generation or business development for B2B SaaS solutions.
  • A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree is a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in **German and English**, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Spanish and/or French is a plus.
  • Experience with Maintenance or Service-related processes is a plus.
