Senior Business Development Analyst in a dynamic team for strategic partnerships at Órigo Energia. Driving performance analysis and project management for the energy market in Brazil.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary focal point for the Strategic Partnerships channel, ensuring the channel’s strategic alignment with the company’s internal areas.
Lead project management for the Partnerships channel, ensuring organization, prioritization, and execution of strategic initiatives with a focus on the channel’s development and scalability.
Analyze channel and partner performance, identifying opportunities for growth, efficiency, and optimization of results based on data and KPIs.
Develop and maintain managerial dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring visibility of key KPIs and supporting teams in decision-making.
Define, monitor, and evolve channel performance indicators, proposing action plans for continuous improvement of results.
Support the structuring and evolution of processes, workflows, and governance for the Partnerships channel, ensuring standardization, operational efficiency, and scalability.
Work collaboratively with Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to ensure consistency of initiatives and strategic alignment of the channel.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. Postgraduate degree or MBA in Management, Business, Strategy, Data, or related areas is desirable.
Experience in Commercial Intelligence, Business Development, or management of Strategic Partnerships.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to generate insights and support decision-making.
Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard building, data modeling, and metric creation.
Advanced knowledge of Excel.
Experience in project management and working with multiple stakeholders.
Good communication skills, relationship-oriented, and ability to coordinate across different areas.
