About the role

  • Accounts Coordinator role managing invoicing and account coordination in GroundProbe Australasia Operations. Seeking detail-oriented and proactive individual ready for an immediate start in Brisbane, QLD, AU.

Responsibilities

  • Create, prepare, and issue accurate customer quotes and invoices
  • Manage nominated customer accounts and invoicing
  • Ensure all quotes and invoices align with contractual terms
  • Create and maintain projects, sales orders, and purchase orders in D365
  • Act as first point of contact for D365 system queries
  • Assist with month-end financial activities
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely outputs
  • Contribute to process improvements and maintain compliance

Requirements

  • Strong administration or accounts coordination background
  • High attention to detail with excellent time management skills
  • Confident working in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • High level of competence with MS Office
  • Experience using D365 Finance Module or similar ERP systems (highly desirable)
  • Proven experience in invoicing, account coordination, or operational administration
  • Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration (highly desirable)
