Responsibilities
Create, prepare, and issue accurate customer quotes and invoices
Manage nominated customer accounts and invoicing
Ensure all quotes and invoices align with contractual terms
Create and maintain projects, sales orders, and purchase orders in D365
Act as first point of contact for D365 system queries
Assist with month-end financial activities
Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely outputs
Contribute to process improvements and maintain compliance
Requirements
Strong administration or accounts coordination background
High attention to detail with excellent time management skills
Confident working in a fast-paced operational environment
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
High level of competence with MS Office
Experience using D365 Finance Module or similar ERP systems (highly desirable)
Proven experience in invoicing, account coordination, or operational administration
Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration (highly desirable)
