About the role

  • Customer Service Manager responsible for day-to-day running of the customer service department at Coles Supermarket. Leading a team to maintain service standards and engage with the community.

Responsibilities

  • Full accountability for the day-to-day running of the customer service department and front of store operations
  • Responsibility for our checkouts and customer service desk
  • Contributing to a store which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for customers, team members and local community

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer facing environment
  • Proven leadership experience to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements
  • To maintain excellent service standards
  • To keep the checkout area clean and safe for our team and customers
  • To drive a one team culture which puts our team members health, safety and wellbeing first
  • To be customer obsessed and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers
