About the role

  • Customer Service Representative handling cash transactions and ensuring customer service excellence at H&S Energy stations. Responsible for food and beverage handling, store presentation, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Greet all customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Deliver friendly, efficient, and accurate service at checkout while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Follow the company’s Four Steps of Customer Service with every interaction
  • Communicate current promotions, loyalty programs, and product recommendations
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately
  • Ensure correct change is given, receipts are issued, and refunds or exchanges are processed
  • Maintain signage, promotional materials, and pricing accuracy
  • Prepare and maintain food and beverage stations
  • Follow all safety procedures and emergency response protocols

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures
  • CPR and First Aid training a plus
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
