  • Proactive customer outreach and support in the customer center
  • Establishing new customer contacts
  • Handling customer inquiries
  • Preparing quotations
  • Maintaining master data in CRM and billing systems
  • Participation in projects and campaigns

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a commercial/business field
  • Experience in customer service and sales
  • Strong service and customer orientation
  • Enjoy working in direct contact with customers
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge of the billing system kVASy is an advantage
