Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or strategic SaaS account ownership.
  • Experience managing sophisticated enterprise customers.
  • Proven ability to drive renewals and expansions.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the US.
