Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end success for key enterprise customers
Serve as a trusted advisor on AI Search best practices
Optimize Athena's features and coordinate across multiple stakeholders
Bridge customer needs with product roadmap
Showcase the value of Athena's upsell features
Build scalable processes to support hundreds of customers
Nurture 1-3 case studies per month and achieve a 90%+ client satisfaction rate
Requirements
Previous experience in martech post-sales roles, such as Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Account Manager (AM)
High agency and an entrepreneurial spirit
A fast-learning mindset with natural curiosity to dive deep into new concepts
Background in martech or SEO and the ability to quickly grasp SEO and GEO principles
