About the role

  • Enterprise Customer Success Manager responsible for scaling customer success at AthenaHQ. Building long-term partnerships and shaping a proactive customer-centric culture in a growing AI company.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end success for key enterprise customers
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on AI Search best practices
  • Optimize Athena's features and coordinate across multiple stakeholders
  • Bridge customer needs with product roadmap
  • Showcase the value of Athena's upsell features
  • Build scalable processes to support hundreds of customers
  • Nurture 1-3 case studies per month and achieve a 90%+ client satisfaction rate

Requirements

  • Previous experience in martech post-sales roles, such as Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Account Manager (AM)
  • High agency and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • A fast-learning mindset with natural curiosity to dive deep into new concepts
  • Background in martech or SEO and the ability to quickly grasp SEO and GEO principles
