Manage dairy sales business in NW EU while implementing the Novus C.O.W.S. program. Provide technical assistance in cow comfort initiatives across Europe.
Responsibilities
Achieve or exceed sales targets for the assigned territory.
Further develop, maintain/grow relationships with key customers and distributors to understand pains and decision-making drivers.
Initiate, organize, and conduct field and customer support around expertise of cow comfort.
Travel with Sales team members and distributors and give technical assistance in meetings with customers focused on cow comfort (and nutrition).
Update and generate documentation about the COWS program and cow comfort including presentation and training materials in coordination with Marketing.
Perform COWS assessments on-farm with customers and do the analysis and follow up.
Contribute to the right spirit within the team and communication within the organization.
Requirements
Master or PhD degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science or adjacent fields.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in animal (dairy) nutrition sector.
Experience and passion for animal welfare/cow behavior/cow comfort
Experience in presenting or teaching in front of groups.
Good understanding of practical dairy activities at farm, including management practices.
Fluent in English
French and/or German will be very highly valuable.
Based in Benelux, France or western part of Germany.
