About the role

  • Closer role in consultative sales for digital mentoring in education. Responsible for calls, follow-ups, and CRM management.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultative sales calls (diagnosis/discovery, proposal and closing)
  • Perform structured follow-up and reactivate leads
  • Log and monitor the pipeline in the CRM (stages, forecasts and reasons for loss)
  • Follow scripts and contribute to conversion improvements based on data
  • Participate in team alignments and trainings (according to project schedule)

Requirements

  • Experience in consultative sales and closing by call (inside sales / closer)
  • Excellent communication, active listening and objection handling
  • Organized approach for cadence, follow-up routines and CRM usage
