About the role

  • Business Development Representative focusing on enterprise sales strategy for OpenAI's AI platform in the EMEA region. Involves partnership with Account Directors and high-level customer engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Directors on account strategy, multi-threading, and deal progression
  • Design and execute targeted outbound strategies using industry context, stakeholder mapping, and product signal to break into priority accounts
  • Lead high-quality discovery to uncover business priorities, map stakeholders, and assess enterprise readiness
  • Contribute to pipeline reviews by sharing outbound activity, account insights, and early competitive signals
  • Build and iterate on AI-enabled GTM workflows (GPTs/agents) to scale prospecting and qualification

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, or in strategic customer-facing roles in the finance or consulting industry
  • Track record of consistently hitting and exceeding ambitious targets in enterprise or strategic sales environments
  • Experience selling into regulated or complex industries (Financial Services, Life Sciences, Retail)
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence; able to build credibility with senior C-Suite stakeholders across an organization, and speak fluently with technical buyers
  • Strong interest in the AI landscape with the ability to connect OpenAI products to real customer value and business outcomes
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, moving quickly, and operating well with a high degree of ownership
