Manage the value stream: Prioritize features that generate the most value for customers and the business, ensuring that product development aligns with the company's strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related areas.
Experience in managing digital or software products, preferably at technology or financial companies.
Certifications in areas such as Scrum, Kanban, or product management are desirable.
Strong adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies: Experience with Scrum, Kanban, or other agile approaches for project management.
Familiarity with tools such as Miro and JIRA.
Backlog management: Ability to create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog.
Specification writing: Ability to specify complex ideas clearly and concisely for both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements analysis: Ability to analyze and translate customer needs into specific product requirements.
Data analysis: Proficiency in requirement elicitation techniques such as interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
