Responsibilities
Lead the product, ensuring development deliveries are correct and provide business value.
Participate across the entire development lifecycle, including architecture and code, ensuring quality and technical alignment.
Practice self-management, easily running dailies, spreading knowledge, and prioritizing value delivery for products, services, and applications.
Write clear and detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
Create and interpret key diagrams (e.g., UML, process flows).
Define and monitor product and performance metrics.
Ensure alignment between business and technology, acting as a bridge between stakeholders and the technical team.
Contribute to technical decisions from a PO perspective, ensuring choices align with the product vision and business objectives.
Communicate ideas and results through structured presentations.
Support and manage the activities of development teams.
Work on the evolution and maintenance of existing platforms and products.
Contribute to innovative solutions through strategic use of AI to improve processes and deliveries.
Maintain a questioning mindset and proactively propose efficient business solutions.
Be accountable for improvements and strategic directions for the evolution of the company’s products and systems.
Strong engagement and interface with the development team, gathering requirements, defining complex business rules, and maintaining close interaction with the Central Bank (Bacen), with negotiation skills and experience in high-complexity product and application environments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields.
Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
Experience with agile methodologies and innovation practices.
Strong knowledge and experience with product frameworks (Design Thinking, OKRs).
Sufficient technical knowledge to engage with developers (software architecture, APIs, integrations).
Ability to write functional and non-functional requirements.
Familiarity with key diagrams (UML, BPMN, etc.).
Skill in defining and tracking product metrics.
