Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
- Manage monthly ad budgets and ensure efficient ROI.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using dashboards and analytics tools.
- Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and implement on-page/off-page improvements.
- Develop testing plans (A/B, creative variations, landing page experiments).
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the content and creative team to improve conversion quality.
- Stay updated on ad platform changes, algorithm shifts, and performance best practices.
Requirements
- 2 - 4+ years of experience in performance marketing.
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills; comfortable interpreting data and making decisions.
- Ability to independently propose optimizations and growth strategies.
- Experience in healthcare or tech is a plus (not required).
