Regional Sales Manager overseeing sales, market growth, and customer relationships for Riedel Communications in Italy. Coordinating product demos, training, and maintaining customer relationships.
Responsibilities
You focus on sales, market share growth, and sales tracking to achieve your assigned territory sales quota.
You continuously evaluate market trends and gather competitive intelligence that influences regional sales growth, profitability, and future product potential.
You coordinate product demonstrations, evaluations, and proof-of-concept demos together with the Technical Services Department.
You provide sales and product training for Riedel’s resellers and regularly coordinate end-user training sessions such as “Riedel Tuesday” with the Technical Services Department.
You sell to end users and determine based on customer preference whether orders are fulfilled directly or through partners.
You lead sales presentations with customers and channel partners.
You meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives within your accounts.
You track your sales pipeline, bookings, and performance metrics against quota.
You leverage strategic relationships and business partnerships to drive revenue.
You represent Riedel at regional trade shows.
You manage, develop, and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders within all customers in your region.
You proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
You coordinate the involvement of internal teams including support, service, and management resources to meet customer expectations.
You align corporate resources, including technical, service, and support teams, to achieve shared customer objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a comparable combination of business and technology.
5+ years of proven experience in a relevant market field, ideally in the broadcast and entertainment (Pro-)Audio/Video market and/or live production.
Relevant and proven system sales experience in manufacturing and system integration.
Understanding of the nature and demands of the Broadcast, Entertainment, and all other Riedel markets.
Experience working with upscale companies, venues, and clients.
Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to communicate and share information effectively with sales management, marketing, sales operations, and technical services in a timely and respectful manner.
Appreciation for and proficiency with database management tools such as Salesforce.
Strong team-player mentality suitable for an international, medium-sized company environment.
Ability for cross-domain thinking and willingness to collaborate closely with other functions using excellent communication skills.
