About the role

  • Planning, implementation and management of internal IT projects
  • Responsibility for the entire project lifecycle of internal IT projects
  • Creating project plans, defining project scope, schedules, budgets and deliverables
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams and monitoring project progress
  • Ensuring risks, issues and changes are identified and managed professionally
  • Regular reporting to stakeholders and management on status, risks and outcomes
  • Monitoring schedules, resources and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
  • Supporting post-project reviews and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, IT Management, Business Informatics or a related field
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in an IT/digitalization environment
  • Good technical understanding (IT infrastructure or business applications)
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana or similar)
  • Fluent German and strong English skills, both written and spoken
