About the role

Requirements
- 5-10 years of progressive experience in demand planning or supply chain management
- Comprehensive understanding of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) principles and best practices
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Advanced proficiency with ERP systems (preferably Oracle)
- Demonstrated capability to coach, mentor, and develop team members
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Material Control, or a related field
