- Responsible for ecosystem building and strategic partnerships in the region
- Drive ecosystem and business development activities by translating advanced semiconductor and chiplet roadmaps into actionable collaboration strategies
- Engage with multinational corporations, deep-tech startups, and scale-ups
- Lead opportunity validation and partnership structuring
- Guide partners through the full engagement lifecycle
- Support strategic negotiations and contribute to long-term partnership agreements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and ecosystem partners
- Represent the organization at industry and academic events
Requirements
- Master’s degree in engineering, business, ecosystem management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in building strategic partnerships, programs or ecosystem management in a high-tech or deep-tech environment
- Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies and their applications, preferably in the automotive segment, but also in emerging domains such as AI, sensing, robotics
- Comfortable with multi-level, multi-stakeholder partner interactions
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and ecosystem building
- Established network that includes contacts at large tech and industrial companies across Europe
- Strong organizational, planning, verbal, written communication, and analytical skills
- Team player with a can-do attitude
- Fluent in English and German
