About the role

  • HR software management: Administer and optimize SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) and ensure the quality and integrity of personnel and organizational master data
  • Data analysis & reporting: Create reports, dashboards, and queries to support data-driven decision-making
  • Implementation of HR initiatives and handling of project-related tasks
  • System development & support: Drive the further development of the HR system landscape and ensure 2nd-level support
  • HRIS governance: Develop guidelines for collaboration between HR/business and IT and for managing external service providers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering or a comparable field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Several years of experience implementing, maintaining, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions
  • Knowledge of data management and experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL)
  • Experience with additional HR software is an advantage
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Solution-oriented mindset
