HR software management: Administer and optimize SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) and ensure the quality and integrity of personnel and organizational master data
Data analysis & reporting: Create reports, dashboards, and queries to support data-driven decision-making
Implementation of HR initiatives and handling of project-related tasks
System development & support: Drive the further development of the HR system landscape and ensure 2nd-level support
HRIS governance: Develop guidelines for collaboration between HR/business and IT and for managing external service providers
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering or a comparable field, or equivalent practical experience
Several years of experience implementing, maintaining, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions
Knowledge of data management and experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL)
Experience with additional HR software is an advantage
Very good German and English skills
