About the role

  • Regional Relationship Manager at oneZero managing client onboarding and satisfaction in fast-paced fintech environment. Focusing on improving product adoption, client relationships, and achieving key goals.

Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through the onboarding process from sale to go-live
  • Collect and organize deployment prerequisites
  • Maintain relationships with assigned clients to increase adoption and satisfaction
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships
  • Help clients achieve critical goals and KPIs
  • Identify upsell opportunities
  • Advocate customer needs across departments
  • Improve client experience by creating product enhancements
  • Act as an escalation point for relationships and expectations

Requirements

  • Graduate degree preferred
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Operations
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to prioritize effectively
  • Self-motivated and capable of autonomous work
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident in delivering training and demonstrations
  • Additional skills: MT4/5 knowledge
  • Knowledge of financial markets (forex, DMA, equities, CFDs, NDF’s)
