About the role

  • Sales Consultant managing the sales of orthopedic products in clinical settings. Responsible for developing business plans and driving product sales within assigned territories.

Responsibilities

  • Sell and manage Monovisc, Orthovisc, and PEAK PRP product lines in clinical settings
  • Develop and implement business plans to improve growth within the Early Intervention product platform
  • Identify and qualify prospective accounts; develop account-specific plans and selling strategies
  • Drive product sales within assigned territories in clinical settings
  • Promote special marketing promotions and support strategic selling objectives
  • Build effective relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals
  • Service customers as a problem solver and maintain excellent response time and follow-up
  • Maintain sales equipment and promotional materials
  • Provide support during PEAK PRP cases

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least two (2) years of sales or professional experience, preferably within pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical industries
  • Associate degree and at least four (4) years of sales or professional experience, preferably within pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical industries
  • Residence in or ability to relocate to the posted territory
  • Valid Driver’s license issued in the United States
  • 3+ years of relevant sales or professional experience preferred
  • Strong negotiation and strategic selling capabilities
  • Strong clinical excellence and knowledge of healthcare ecosystem
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Self-motivated, pro-active and positive
