About the role

  • Account Executive at CXtec managing IT Asset Disposition solutions and maintaining sales relationships. Establishing new accounts and qualifying buy-back requests from sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Establish, develop and maintain strong professional relationships with sales representatives and management
  • Responsible for selling IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), trade-in and data security services offerings
  • Responsible for initial qualification of all inbound buy-back requests from the End-User Sales team
  • Meet and exceed set sales quotas while adhering to rules of engagement
  • Manage all account profiles, improve client utilization and maximize sales
  • Keep and maintain a list of End-User sourced ITAD deals for sales forecasting
  • Maintain oversight of ITAD Project Manager when on site ITAD projects are occurring
  • Maintain oversight of front -line customer communication in tandem with End-User Sales reps
  • Facilitate all communications relative to end-user ITAD pipeline and report to VP of ITAD
  • Manage a complex, enterprise solution sale to include managing the RFP process
  • Liaison with all areas of the company to meet and exceed goals and customer needs
  • Provide an atmosphere of positive teamwork
  • Assume additional responsibilities as required

Requirements

  • BS in Business, Sales Management or related degree
  • 5 years of sales experience selling to hyper scale infrastructure users
  • Experience with OEM (Dell/EMC, Cisco, Arista, HP, Supermicro and or NetApp)
  • Selling to CSP's or hyperscale clients or experience with technology hardware of solution sales for Cloud Service Providers and Infrastructure as a Service (IAAS)
  • Experience selling Data Center solutions (RackSpace, QTS, Digital Reality, CyrusOne, Equinix, etc.) or hyperscale clients
  • Highly motivated with exceptional leadership and written/verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to manage a pipeline with multiple accounts and partners
  • Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle
  • Ability to propose, present and discuss solutions with C-level and decision makers
  • Ability to work independently and use sound judgment in decision making with a results driven orientation
  • Ability to participate as a team member as well as a leader in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
