About the role

  • Claims Support Representative managing customer inquiries and claim submissions in insurance. Engaging with customers and ensuring proper documentation and compliance during claims process.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide guidance throughout the claims filing process.
  • Receive, review, and process insurance claim documents for carriers.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on customer policies and coverage.
  • Ensure precise record keeping of all claims, communications, and resolutions.
  • Accurately document all claim-related activities and interactions.
  • Engage professionally with carriers, internal Client Executives, and external customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of customer service, insurance, or claims-related experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; excellent attention to detail and data accuracy; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in claims management systems and office software; knowledge of life and health insurance policies and terminology.
