Responsibilities
As Co-Founder for Growth Marketing & Business Development, you will develop the go-to-market strategy, build partnerships and sales channels, and increase One Roof’s visibility in the industry.
Develop and implement growth strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue generation.
Lead and coordinate the marketing team to optimize campaigns and achieve maximum reach.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis and strategic partnerships.
Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make adjustments.
Manage and expand relationships with key stakeholders and partners to support company growth.
Requirements
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for building networks on social media
Digital affinity: understanding of digital platform economies, data analysis, and growth strategies on social networks
Willingness to get hands-on with digital marketing tools (CRM, Analytics, SEO/SEA, Social Media)
Analytical abilities to assess market trends and identify new business opportunities
Ability to develop strong partnerships and grow networks to achieve business objectives
Able to communicate complex topics clearly and use data-driven approaches to increase reach and impact
Sense for brand building, storytelling, and community management
Structured working style and enthusiasm for taking responsibility
Understanding of transformation design, sustainability, and social impact
Eagerness to take responsibility, drive change, and be part of a motivated, creative team
Language skills: German C2 and English C1/C2
