About the role

  • Key Account Manager developing and managing strategic accounts in France and Germany for a construction SaaS platform promoting ESG solutions. Focused on client relationships and market growth in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of enterprise/key accounts in France and Germany.
  • Acquire new accounts and accelerate adoption of our compliance, construction and marketplace solutions.
  • Build, maintain and manage a structured pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Develop 12–24 month account plans.
  • Collaborate closely with CSM Buyer/Supplier teams, Inside Sales and Marketing.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years' experience in enterprise/key account sales, ideally in SaaS, construction (BTP), energy, industry or ESG/CSR areas.
  • Proven mastery of enterprise/key account sales and complex sales cycles.
  • Good knowledge of ESG issues, CSRD, the EU taxonomy, supply chain and Scope 3 emissions.
  • Understanding of carbon metrics, LCA (life cycle assessment) and emissions inventories.
  • Ability to structure account plans and build a clear ROI.
  • Excellent proficiency in Salesforce.
  • English level C1–C2 (CEFR) required.
  • German level C1 required.
