About the role

  • Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs
  • Support training logistics: materials, facilitator communication, venue/tech setup
  • Upload, assign, and update digital learning content on the LMS
  • Track course completions and generate L&D dashboards and insights
  • Assist in developing simple learning content, infographics, or e-learning slides
  • Support annual and mid-year performance review cycles: reminders, templates, reports
  • Track completion of performance check-ins and development plans
  • Provide admin support for performance review calibration sessions and development conversations
  • Help maintain updated records of high-potential talent and development actions
  • Support the rollout of talent review processes (e.g., 9-box grids, talent profiles)
  • Prepare regular reports on learning, development, performance, and engagement metrics

Requirements

  • 1–3 years’ experience in HR, Learning & Development, Talent, or related people-facing roles
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), survey tools, or HRIS platforms
  • Confident with basic data handling and reporting
