About the role

  • Senior Account Executive driving growth and building relationships in German public sector. Identifying business opportunities and managing the sales process with a focus on winning contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify and advance new business opportunities in the German public sector
  • Own the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through proposals and tenders to successful closure
  • Manage complex commercial processes, including tenders and procurement procedures, with a focus on winning contracts
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, events and roadshows to increase the Omnidocs brand's visibility
  • Collaborate with Marketing on targeted campaigns to raise brand awareness and generate leads
  • Build and maintain a strong network within public administration and the IT partner landscape
  • Translate market and customer feedback into product and go-to-market priorities
  • Identify, develop and maintain strategic partnerships for long-term cooperation

Requirements

  • You are an experienced sales professional with proven success in new business within the public sector
  • Structured, disciplined approach to pipeline building, follow-up and deal closing
  • Confident navigating political, administrative and public procurement decision-making processes
  • Experience in acquiring new customers and building long-term relationships at both management and operational levels
  • Entrepreneurial, strategic and hands-on, ideally with experience in international markets
  • Fluent German; good command of English
