Responsibilities
Focus exclusively on new business acquisition
Play a critical role in expanding our market presence by identifying, engaging, and closing new customers within the SaaS and HR-tech space
Own the full sales cycle — from pipeline generation to deal closure
Work closely with multiple stakeholders on the customer side, as well as internally with marketing, product, and leadership
Your work will have a direct impact on Alva’s growth and on how organizations around the world make hiring decisions
Requirements
Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role, focused on new business
Background in SaaS sales with experience managing full sales cycles
Experience in complex, non-commodity sales and stakeholder-heavy processes
3–5 years of total commercial experience (sales, commercial CS, consulting, etc.)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Hunter mentality — proactive, driven, and comfortable pushing deals forward
Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
Structured, self-motivated, and target-oriented
Comfortable working both independently and cross-functionally
Fluency in Swedish and English (required)
