About the role

  • Part-time role supporting People & Culture throughout the employee life cycle in a B2B SaaS startup. Involvement in recruiting, onboarding processes, and employer branding initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • As part of our People team, you'll support the entire employee life cycle.
  • You'll actively contribute and learn all facets of People & Culture.
  • You will help build recruiting and onboarding processes.
  • You will help elevate our employer brand.
  • You will plan employee surveys and analyze the results.
  • You will monitor New Work trends and AI tools in HR.
  • You ensure smooth background operations — from contract preparation to internal communication.

Requirements

  • You are studying business psychology, business administration, social sciences or a similar field — with at least one year remaining in your studies.
  • You have a structured way of working.
  • You are an organizational talent with a "get-it-done" mentality and are not afraid to contribute your own ideas.
  • Strong communication skills, team orientation, and enthusiasm for people-related topics.
  • Very good German and English skills.
  • Confident with Office applications and open to digital tools.
  • Initial practical experience in People/HR is a plus.
