About the role

  • Sales Executive responsible for B2B software sales and client presentations at a tech firm in Brazil. Adapting strategies to client needs and collaborating with the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultative sales presentations aligned with the client's pain points and needs;
  • Act decisively in negotiations and in closing sales;
  • Plan and organize the sales routine with discipline and a focus on results;
  • Keep the CRM up to date and perform consistent follow-ups;
  • Continuously reflect on approaches, lessons learned, and opportunities to improve the process;
  • Collaborate with the team, sharing best practices and creatively building solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling services/B2B, preferably in Software/ERP;
  • Affinity for technology, innovation, and a collaborative culture;
  • Strong communication skills, active listening, and the ability to build rapport with diverse client profiles;
  • Adaptable, resilient profile with analytical thinking;
  • Organized and autonomous, able to manage own schedule and results;
  • High school diploma required (enrolled in or pursuing higher education is a plus);
