Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
Professional experience in talent development and/or recruiting
Strong communication skills, empathy and organizational ability
Initiative, team spirit and a good sense for people
Confident use of MS Office, HR software and digital tools
Willingness to travel
