About the role
- Manage and execute the entire recruiting process (identifying vacancies, posting job ads, conducting interviews, etc.)
- Further develop and optimize recruiting processes and identify new recruiting channels (YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.)
- Conduct competitor and market analyses
- Onboarding: support future colleagues through the entire application process up to their first day of work
- Prepare reports (numbers, data, facts, etc.)
- Employer branding and personnel marketing
Requirements
- Work experience in recruiting — experience in service centers is desirable
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
- Willingness to travel
- A networker full of energy and passion
- Reliable, resilient, and able to organize yourself independently
- Strong personal interest in developing across multiple topics (technology, tools, and methods)
