About the role

  • Manage and execute the entire recruiting process (identifying vacancies, posting job ads, conducting interviews, etc.)
  • Further develop and optimize recruiting processes and identify new recruiting channels (YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.)
  • Conduct competitor and market analyses
  • Onboarding: support future colleagues through the entire application process up to their first day of work
  • Prepare reports (numbers, data, facts, etc.)
  • Employer branding and personnel marketing

Requirements

  • Work experience in recruiting — experience in service centers is desirable
  • Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
  • Willingness to travel
  • A networker full of energy and passion
  • Reliable, resilient, and able to organize yourself independently
  • Strong personal interest in developing across multiple topics (technology, tools, and methods)
