Responsibilities
Operational HR activities: Take responsibility for processing employee onboarding and offboarding, employment contracts, contract amendments and references, ensuring all processes run smoothly.
Employee support: Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related matters and support them with your expertise and experience.
Collaboration with the works council: Work closely with the works council, conduct consultation/hearing procedures and actively contribute to the development of new works agreements.
Talent development and workforce planning: Support personnel development and workforce planning by contributing innovative ideas and creating tailored solutions for the advancement of our employees.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in operational HR
Good knowledge of employment law and works council legislation
Proficient in MS Office and SAP
Strong communication and organizational skills
