About the role

  • HR Consultant managing operative HR processes like contracts and employee support. Collaborating with the works council and developing tailored solutions for staff advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Operational HR activities: Take responsibility for processing employee onboarding and offboarding, employment contracts, contract amendments and references, ensuring all processes run smoothly.
  • Employee support: Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related matters and support them with your expertise and experience.
  • Collaboration with the works council: Work closely with the works council, conduct consultation/hearing procedures and actively contribute to the development of new works agreements.
  • Talent development and workforce planning: Support personnel development and workforce planning by contributing innovative ideas and creating tailored solutions for the advancement of our employees.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in operational HR
  • Good knowledge of employment law and works council legislation
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
