About the role
- Training specialist supporting Carilion Clinic's healthcare technology and electronic medical records. Hybrid role requiring onsite presence based on needs and training responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- This position allows a hybrid remote work option
- Supports training for Carilion's electronic medical record, EPIC, and other technologies used in the organization
- Able to train multiple days per week and assist with material preparations/scheduling/field support and other training tasks as needed
- Develops and maintains working relationships with other departments and external customers/vendors
- Promotes effective relationships and outcomes
- Produces products and services that are tailored to the specific needs of the situation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of general HR related experience required
- Must possess excellent customer service and written/verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and interpersonal skills
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to work on multiple tasks/projects while meeting deadlines and being flexible in an environment of changing priorities
- Writing sample and training demonstration required
