About the role

  • Human Resources Assistant supporting employee lifecycle activities and HR duties at Latham & Watkins. The role involves coordination, compliance support, and strong communication across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and orientation, departures, and transfers and providing support to the team with regard to all employee lifecycle queries
  • Acting as a first point of contact, providing HR information and advice regarding the Firm’s policies and procedures
  • Monitoring and responding to requests in the ServiceNow ticketing system for the HR department
  • Maintaining and developing strong working relationships with all stakeholders and relevant global departments

Requirements

  • A minimum of one (1) years’ experience in HR
  • A bachelor’s degree, focus in a HR related field, preferably; a minimum of one (1) years’ HR experience may be considered
