About the role

  • HR Intern supporting Talent Acquisition team in campus recruitment activities. Assisting with event planning, candidate sourcing, and building university relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Support our Campus recruitment team in the planning and coordination of campus recruitment and school events, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews, meetings, and other recruitment-related activities.
  • Learn the ins and outs of the hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive campus recruitment initiatives, along with enterprise TA Partners to help supply early career talent.
  • Develop creative solutions for bettering our process, enhancing candidate engagement and school / student body outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with university and student organizations as it pertains to recruitment.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in event planning and recruitment (professional, club, fraternity/sorority, sports, etc).
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with scheduling tools.
  • Comfortable working in a team and independently, with a proactive mindset eager to learn from team members.
