About the role

  • HR Intern enhancing recruitment coordination and HR operations processes for Teradyne in Singapore. Proficient skills in SAP and Microsoft Office are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in SAP SuccessFactors ATS.
  • Support job postings across internal and external platforms.
  • Assist with onboarding, employee record management, and HR reporting.
  • Prepare HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Organize and digitize HR files for compliance and easy retrieval.
  • Update and maintain electronic records in HR systems.
  • Support workflow improvements through document digitization.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • A proactive learner with a genuine interest in HR practices.
