Responsibilities
Design and continuously evolve a global Talent Management strategy aligned with business ambitions and workforce plans.
Own the succession planning framework for critical roles, ensuring strong bench strength, clear pipelines and visibility of leadership potential.
Build and embed a career and internal mobility architecture that enables lateral moves, stretch assignments, international rotations and transparent internal opportunities.
Lead the selection and deployment of assessment & psychometric tools (e.g. Hogan, SHL or similar).
Requirements
8+ years of experience in Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development or Organizational Development, ideally at enterprise / multinational scale.
Have implemented Talent frameworks in complex matrix organisations, owning or heavily contributing to succession planning and internal mobility.
Hands-on experience with psychometric tools (e.g. Hogan, SHL or similar) and translate assessment data into practical actions.
Analytical and data-savvy, able to turn talent data into insight and decision-ready recommendations.
Excel at stakeholder management and influence, engaging senior leaders across functions and regions.
Thrive in cross-cultural environments and enjoy working with teams across Europe, North America, Growth & Developing Markets and APAC.
