About the role

  • HR Business Partner providing strategic HR support and partnership to Cape Town teams and their recruitment lifecycle. Collaborating across HR and business for high employee engagement and compliance with local laws.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic ally to the Cape Town teams
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for specialized roles
  • Partner closely with the South African Recruitment Officer
  • Collaborate with managers to develop acquisition and retention strategies
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to local leadership
  • Ensure compliance with South African labor legislation

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role
  • A completed HR-related qualification
  • Proven experience recruiting for technical (Dev/Eng) and Sales environments is essential
  • Ability to identify patterns in data
  • Understanding of local labor laws
