About the role
- Oversee architectural and interior design
- Monitor budgets, schedules and construction quality during the site phase
- Lead and challenge project delivery teams (architects, engineering consultants, designers)
- Attend site meetings and handover/acceptance inspections
- Draft, negotiate and manage execution of development, design/project-management and associated service provider contracts
- Ensure strict adherence to OKKO design and technical standards
- Provide regular reporting to senior management
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture (DPLG/HMONP) or equivalent dual diploma
- Minimum 4 years' professional experience in owner's representation, general contracting, architectural practice or project management consultancy
- Proven experience managing construction or renovation projects for 4- or 5-star hotels is essential
- Thorough knowledge of regulatory standards (building codes, fire safety, accessibility)
- Fluency in French and English required (written and spoken)
