About the role

  • Oversee architectural and interior design
  • Monitor budgets, schedules and construction quality during the site phase
  • Lead and challenge project delivery teams (architects, engineering consultants, designers)
  • Attend site meetings and handover/acceptance inspections
  • Draft, negotiate and manage execution of development, design/project-management and associated service provider contracts
  • Ensure strict adherence to OKKO design and technical standards
  • Provide regular reporting to senior management

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture (DPLG/HMONP) or equivalent dual diploma
  • Minimum 4 years' professional experience in owner's representation, general contracting, architectural practice or project management consultancy
  • Proven experience managing construction or renovation projects for 4- or 5-star hotels is essential
  • Thorough knowledge of regulatory standards (building codes, fire safety, accessibility)
  • Fluency in French and English required (written and spoken)
