  • Advising and supporting our customers by phone and email
  • Supporting Key Account Managers and working in project teams
  • Preparing and assisting with contract finalizations
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of trade shows
  • Conducting competitor and market analyses for the Independent Aftermarket (IAM)
  • Collaborating with testing and certification organizations
  • Monitoring product-related KPIs
  • General administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training
  • Some professional experience in the automotive sector desirable
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Reliability, flexibility, strong communication skills and team orientation
  • Ability to organize work independently and a structured working style
  • Quick grasp of new topics and a high willingness to learn and commit
