  • 360° Recruitment Consultant managing customer projects in Pharma & MedTech sectors. Collaborating with decision-makers and handling the entire recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage your own client projects in the Pharma & MedTech environment.
  • Proactively approach and advise specialist and executive professionals (freelancers).
  • Manage the entire recruiting process: briefing, interviews, placement.
  • Work closely with decision-makers on the client side.
  • Conduct market and salary analyses within your area of specialization.

Requirements

  • A completed degree or solid vocational qualification.
  • Not a perfect CV, but your motivation, willingness to learn and commitment to professional and personal development.
  • Enjoy communicating, taking responsibility, and working in a team.
  • High performance orientation and initiative.
  • Fluent German and English skills.
