Responsibilities

  • Build and manage your own client projects in the Pharma & MedTech environment.
  • Proactively approach and advise specialists and executives (freelancers).
  • Manage the entire recruiting process: briefing, interviews, placement.
  • Work closely with decision-makers on the client side.
  • Perform market and salary analyses within your area of specialization.

Requirements

  • Completed degree or solid vocational training.
  • Not a perfect CV, but motivation, willingness to learn and the drive to develop professionally and personally.
  • Enjoy communication, responsibility and teamwork.
  • Willingness to perform and deliver results.
  • Self-initiative and proactivity.
  • Confident spoken German and English.
  • Driver’s license class B.
  • Previous experience in sales or recruiting is an advantage but not required.
